Comments
Comments: The Edmands Path in winter is lovely, in spite of the roadwalk necessary to reach the trailhead and the fact that the trail is lightly used. The corridor is wide for most of the way; even snow-laden branches rarely encroach.

Parked in the Crawford Connector trailhead lot and did the ~2.2-mile roadwalk on Mt. Clinton Road to the trailhead. From there, broke trail through 2-3 feet of dense snow. Ran out of time and so turned around about 0.5 miles from the trail's intersection with the Crawford Path/Mt. Eisenhower Loop (will finish up this last half-mile in the next few days, if someone else doesn't do it first). Trail still needs consolidation.

Saw not a single snowmobile on Mt. Clinton Road, which has about a half foot of new snow on it. As a result, wore snowshoes the entire way.
