| Comments: |
We broke trail as far as the Stanton/Parker Junction, then were passed by a young lady who went ahead of us . The trail breaking was arduous, with heavy snow clinging to the snowshoes, and snowshoes sinking down a foot in some areas. Two more followed us up, so the trail was well broken in on the way out. Clear weather where we were but could see clouds on Washington. The brisk cold wind at the summit cut short our stay there. |
