Chose mountain because of predicted high snow fall (10 - 14 inches) today and the trail was entirely below tree line. Beautiful hike. Only views were of the ski area due to snow. Drifting snow near summit created interesting formations on surface. All in all, a day on the trail in snow fall is better than a day indoors! |
