Water Crossing Notes: The bushwhack puts you at the spot to cross the rocky branch 3 times, all three of the crossing have open spots which can be rock hop but requires an initial leap from the bank. On the way back, I was able follows some track after the last crossing and was able to skip the next two.

Comments
Comments: Overall the trail is hard packed. Some new snow had fallen during the day which obscure the trail but didn't make it too difficult to follow. I did have some trouble following the davis path due to the blowdowns and poor route finding skills. On the way back, the path through the trouble spot was quite clear. Some wet muddy holes opening up on the trail.
