| Comments: |
Just wanted to confirm Bill's comments from Wednesday's hike. The trail is very firm now and supports hiking with microspikes or even barebooting, as I did today. A large group from Chatham NH used microspikes or Hillsounds, and hiker Mark from Mass. used snowshoes. Had about 3 inches of new snow today. Kudos to Bill and his companions to pack a soft trail and make it easy for any hikers this coming weekend. |
