Comments
Comments: Barebooted LLT - easy going to Lake. Then snowshoes all the way. Fishin Jimmy was unbroken - fortunately, with less snow than in some other areas, trail corridor was generally evident and occasional blazes were visible. Blowdowns not too bad. Ice bulges and rocks mostly well covered. Met a hiker at Mt. Kinsman Trail/KRT junction who had come up MKT and tracked KRT over North to South Kinsman. A special thank you to Bob H for sawing the small blowdowns on the FJT and the worst low boughs on the KRT. It takes a lot of energy to combine winter hiking AND trail work, and I appreciate his work and that of others who do likewise.
