Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Most were snowbridged. The lower two crossings of Black Brook were open but easy to cross.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: There were a few minor blowdowns and bendovers along the way but all were wasy to navigate. There is one large tree down at lower elevation on Bondcliff Tr that will take some work to remove. There is a well tracked out snowshoe path that circles around it. Twinway above Zeacliff and Bondcliff Tr at higher elevations was very brushy due to the 4-5 foot snowpack. Very few blazes along Bondcliff Tr.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: It was nice to meet the mighty Thor at the summit of Mt Bond.

Lost and Found
Lost and Found: There was a bag of cookies on Bindcliff Tr. We left it, hoping it belonged to one of the parties behind us.

Comments
Comments: Thanks to all of those that helped pack out this route earlier in the week. Beautiful weather, good company, and an easy to follow track made for an epic day. 12 degrees at the start, then Sunny and in the 40s with a faint breeze on the summits. We bare booted to Zealand Hut then put on snowshoes. We took them off and went back to bareboots at the Camp 16 site. The snow was sticky and snowballing under our snowshoes in the early afternoon sun. Wish we could have spent more time on the Bonds but wanted to be down on the RR grade before dark. The Lincoln Woods Tr is still flat and boring, but a bit more manageable in the dark. Congrats to Matt on his W48 finish and Patrick for a great hike.

There were a few old tracks on the A-Z Tr, only one set of ski tracks heading south on the Ethan Pond Tr, no signs of traffic on Zeacliff Tr, Twinway has been broken out towards S Twin from Guyot, there was no tracks heading down to Guyot Shelter but we met 5 people on Bondcliff heading there for the night, Franconia Brook Tr had some ski tracks, and Black Pond Tr and Osseo Tr were well packed.
