Comments
Comments: Ravine Lodge Road had a loose packed snowshoe track and a good looking ski track to the Lodge. Barebooters alternated between the 2 even though plenty of room to make their own trail. Gorge Brook loose packed by skiers with the bad booters kicking their way up and generally making a mess. As snow depths increased to tree line the damage got worse with some very rough postholed sections. Very low visibility on summit with temps and winds in the 20"s and blowing sleet. We didnt hang around long. Marveled at booters damage in the deep drifts up high but the good news is..they were out first..with our snowshoes and everyone else in skis this should be a real nice base under any fresh snow for tomorrow. Enjoy!!
