Comments
Comments: Trails were well-packed except in a few spots and we barebooted most of the day. Microspikes for the summit and descent.

Wow, what a day. Super cold, and super windy. The wind was whipping down the road walk and we needed face mask and goggles just to get to the trailhead. Once in the trees it moderated til the final summit push. We crab-walked-ran the last 1/4 mile to the summit and back. Only at the summit sign was the full force of the wind present. Most of us wore facemask and goggles a lot or even all of the day. One person whose goggle iced got a bit of frostbite/nip from taking them off. Thanks folks for joining me on this epic hike!
