Comments
Comments: Soft trail up to lake in the clouds. Monroe and Washigton were socked in at this point. Lost our way for a bit heading up the crawford path towards Washigton, but Steve kept us going in the right direction. Difficult footing all day, the worst being the Gulfside trail around Clay and up to Jeffeson. We had everything on our feet, but spent most of the day above treeline in microspikes. The clouds lifted as we got north of Washigton and the sun even came out for a bit now and then. Didn't see anyone until were were heading down valley way. Good day out with Steve who kept us going in the right direction.
