| Comments: |
All trails were very well packed out with packed snow or ice. Crampons recommended on upper part of Davis Path (side hill section). Lots of hard ice and compact snow above treeline. Below zero temps but light wind made this an enjoyable trip. Started snowing lightly once off summit of Eisenhower. Crawford Path descending from Pierce to Mizpah Spring Hut is very well packed and icy in spots. Changed from crampons to Microspike on the descent of Mizpah Spring Cut Off and Crawford Path. No snowshoes required for this hike-snow was very well packed! |
