Comments
Comments: Late start after a Logan Airport dropoff. Met two couples heading to Hut. Trails were in great shape with a couple inches of loose powder. Upper section of Fishin Jimmy had it's usual Ice Capades. Not bad on ascent. Descent was treacherous and crampons would not have been overkill. I stayed in snowshoes the whole trip. Great views with high overcast and filtered sun. Late day undercast rolled up the notch obscuring all but the peaks. A great day out!
