Comments
Comments: Zealand Road was well packed by snowmobile traffic. The Hale Brook Trail was well packed, but didn't seem like it had seen much traffic. I could make out the prints of a single set of snowshoes, but those looked like they'd been there for awhile. There was some untouched snow at higher elevations, but no more than an inch. I wore snowshoes the whole day. The track along the sidehill section of the trail is narrow, and was a pain on the descent.
