Comments
Comments: -20 in the morning in Gorham warmed to 6 above on return. Trail well packed out to Mt Surprize where some drifting began. Ledges all snowed in with some kicked in snowshoe steps and varying amounts of loose snow above there with great snowshoe conditions. Some very windy spots though we were able take a few pics from the summit.. Good gear test today.. wind in our face most of the way down and we moved fast. A herd of barebooters headed up around 1 so not sure what the trail will look like tomorrow. We wore snowshoes car to car as some traction desired even in the lower sections that didnt have much snow. Good challenging day out with Bryan and Cynthia
