Comments
Comments: There were 3 of us; 2 used snowshoes to protect the trail and one used spikes. There was some evidence of barebooting, but none that the show shoes couldn't eliminate. Some drifting between North and South that made having on snow shoes fun, but there were some areas of bare roock as well. Most of the icy areas were in the early portion of the Mt Kinsman Trail. Farther up, just great snowy trails. Views were far-reaching.
