Well-packed trail to Garfield Summit. Nice glissade from the summit to Garfield shelter spur. 2 tracks from Saturday on Garfield ridge trail to Gale River, ours made 5. This was the nicest section of the hike, fresh snow, a little sunshine and just the 3 of us. Well packed now. Met 2 skiers, neither decided to head towards galehead. Also met Mark and Valerie near Garfied spur. Thanks to Lauren and Lincoln for a great hike. |
