 | Comments: |
What a perfect day to go out for the first hike of 2013. Both of our vehicles registered -14 F when we started out. All trails broken out, though North Twin Spur between the peaks was drifted in in spots, as was most of the Twinway descending from South Twin. Very comfortable on the porch of Galehead Hut, in the sun, out of the wind, in likely single digit temps. Far ranging views today, light winds, but c-c-c-cold. Great start to the year! |
