Comments
Comments: Very little snow at Ferncroft parking lot, but depth increased to over 3 ft up high, with up to 12 inches of fresh. Rock ledges easy to ascend because of new snow plastered to the rock. Yes, Mallory could have climbed the Second Step on Everest in 1924 under similar conditions. :-)
