Comments
Comments: Tempted fate as we had a clear morning and a forecast for rapidly declining conditions, but the snow and wind came in quickly as we had near whiteout conditions by 2ish. Lowes path has a nice footbed but a lot of bare booters were headed up to gray knob so its rough in places. Above tree line was very bony in the am but was rapidly filling in by the afternoon. We skirted around one of the many Adams summits instead of climbing up to thunderstorm jct, that route was nicely wind packed.
