Comments
Comments: to add to previous reports as we took a different descent. Bridle Path pretty solid to the hut due to our civilized start time. Put on snowshoes above there though most hikers we saw today were not even carrying them. There were sections of deep windblown snow and the shoes were perfect. The ridge was ideal with only a little breeze on Lincoln. Falling waters had loose snow and snowshoes were perfect for descent with a little butt sliding mixed in. Took off snowshoes above the water crossings and the trail had less snow and was well packed. The steep section around Cloudland Falls was well filled in and presented no problems today. Stellar day out with Tim, Valerie, Ali, and Tracey
