Comments
Comments: Powder snow overtopping a firm snowshoe path. The powder was about 2 inches at the base and around 6 inches on the ridge although drift areas had higher depths. The use of snowshoes with traction is recommended especially for the steep slopes. Saw two other hikers down low who seemed to be doing okay with boots and traction. Noticed AMC signage had been defaced.
