Water crossings are open. They will get wet paws resulting in ice balling for some. My pooch luckily doesn't get them. |

All trails packed out and firm. 6 to 8 inches down low, couple of feet higher up. Trail is real narrow down low so snowshoes would be tough. Snow pack the whole way but I would wait till after the last crossing on Cedar Brook Trail to put snowshoes on if you want them for the steep climb up North. We did fine in Hillsound spikes which we wore start to finish. Trail is quite firm and smooth sailing. |
