|
| Surface Conditions: |
Snow - Packed Powder/Loose Granular, Ice - Breakable Crust |
|
| Recommended Equipment: |
Snowshoes |
|
| Water Crossing Notes: |
Water crossings vastly improved from yesterday. Slushy/soft crossings in the AM had dried out and firmed up significantly by afternoon. Snow bridges not to be trusted. Two biggest crossings have log bridges. |
|
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Cedar Brook has some bend-overs. I cut a few that were really obnoxious. |

| Comments: |
Bare-booted to Cedar Brook. I believe the whole loop is bare bootable, very firm right now, but wore snowshoes because the water content made trails soft. |
