Trace of snow in parking lot, gradual increase with 6-8 inches of fresh snow on the ridge with some minor drifting. Steady light snow fell until noon and no views. Barebooted with traction on Kinsman Ridge to S. Kinsman, switched to snowshoes thereafter. Nice meeting and talking with Dale today. No apparent traffic south of Mt Kinsman trail junction. |
