Nice Day to be out. Lots of exposed rock above treeline, but many of the holes/cracks are filled with solid snow/ice. Some significant ice flows south of Eisnehower and down below treeline from Pierce. Left at 500am, at the Highland center at 400pm. Took a hour to hitch back to the car.
I believe I saw Brian and Cynthia desending Washighton while I was on my way up. Only 2 others after that and not a sole for the rest of the day. |
