Foot Bridge over Cold Brook is in good condition. All other crossings are frozen and covered in packed snow. |

Few blow-downs require minor bushwhacks. |

High winds above treeline made it very dog unfriendly. |

All trails were broken out. A small section of the Randolph Path between Pentadoi and Lowe's Path required snowshoes, everything else was hard-packed snow.
The ascent of Jefferson from Edmand's Col was extremely hard snow with large areas of ice. While some of the group were able to ascend with microspikes, ice-axes are a must and crampons make it much easier. |
