| Comments: |
Very nice day--no wind and mild temps. Dry trail at start; 2-4 inches snow in upper parts. We didn't use traction but there was some ice to work around. First time catching the views from up here. Nice spot 50 yards beyond Waumbek summit and looks like view has been opened up from Starr King since last year. Beautiful sunset on way down. This along with Camel's Hump & Mansfield sighting seen through trees in the fading daylight. |
