| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
There were no parking or road access issues. The gate is still open. |
| Surface Conditions: |
Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Mud - Significant, Snow - Trace/Minimal Depth |
| Recommended Equipment: |
Light Traction |
| Water Crossing Notes: |
We were able to cross all of the water crossings by hopping rock-to-rock. |
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
The trail was pretty muddy in some sections but that was expected. There were a few smaller blowdowns that were easily removed but there was one big one about 0.25 miles north of the final water crossing that completely blocks the trail. Removed some of the limbs so that it was easier to crawl under but it will take a bit of work to remove the entire thing. |
| Dog-Related Notes: |
We had a couple of dogs with us (one medium and one small) and they managed to complete the hike without any problems. |
| Bugs: |
There were no bugs. |
| Lost and Found: |
Nothing was lost and nothing was found. |
