Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Plenty of parking in Ammonoosuc parking. The fellow who collects the money at the Cog station was not there at 7:00 AM so I parked down below. I'm not sure what they do if you park there without a pass.

Recommended Equipment
Recommended Equipment:
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: The crossings were either bridged or easily done.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Two blowdowns on Jewell near the Ammonoosuc trailhead. Otherwise the trails are all clear
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Lauky had no problems today even on the slick Ammonoosuc trail.
Bugs
Bugs: None
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Found Redsox cap on Jewell trail. Contact me if it's yours.

Comments
Comments: The Ammonoosuc Ravine trail is extremely slick to the point of being dangerous when descending. I would recommend going up that way and descending by either Jewell or perhaps Edmunds.
