Comments
Comments: The trails were in fine shape. Some water running down the trail on the upper reaches of North Carter, patches of mud here and there but nothing significant and most easily avoidable. My one caution is on the lower parts of the Imp trail. Deep leaves mask holes, roots, and mud patches. It's very easy to slip or turn an ankle due to hidden hazards so please use caution on what might normally be the easiest part of the hike. If bagging Middle Carter don't skip a quick trip over to North Carter. Nice views to the East from the ledge.
