Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Deer Hill connector TRAIL was underwater a short ways before the brook crossing, so we put crocs on and wore them until after the dam crossing which was flowing quite nicely (ankle deep). No other crossings. And this was only because of recent rains.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Lots of signs, but we somehow got turned around a couple times.......prob. just us! Ledges trail alternate was a bit tricky to find coming downhill.

Comments
Comments: Due to serious rains the past few days, the connector trail was flooded! The waterflow over the dam was impressive, but we all felt safe crossing it. Ledges are slippery when wet, thankfully a sign for Ledges trail says "not recommended for descent" and we heeded the warning. Nice little network of trails. Deer Hill Spring is a must see.
