Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: parked at the end of Patte Mill Brook Road the day before and ski pulked up to Crocker Pond Campground where we spent the night. there's room for a few cars on the edge of the road

Surface Conditions: Snow - Packed Powder/Loose Granular, Snow - Unpacked Powder, Snow - Drifts

Water Crossing Notes: there were small stream crossings with weak bridge that were easily hopped

Trail Maintenance Notes: some large blowdowns on lower Albany mtn trail

Comments
Comments: broke out 1.5 mi of Albany mtn trail from the trailhead to the spur in 12-24" of snow. from there conditions were well packed and we switched to bare boots on the snowmobile sections. keep an eye and ear out for sleds. the warm temps the day before made for mashed potato snow and shoe clogging, but below freezing overnight temps firmed up the snow. Pete got a few trails for his WMNF redlining
