What a treat for first hike of the day - there is a lot going on in this 2.9 mile stretch. A soft treadway gives rise to fantastic slabs, boulders, and a few random side paths. The Cave was a small delight - don’t slip and fall off the edge!
The most delightful group of 5 dogs - including the calmest Shiba Inu and corgi ever - and their humans were on the summit. The dogs reminded me of a humorous picture you might find online or on a calendar. I now have a 1.7 mi hanging chad on the Bigelow Range Trail, que cera. |
