Bemis Road (old railroad bed) is blocked with rocks at the intersection of Shelton Trail due to washouts. I parked there and walked in to the AT crossing. |

A few blowdowns on the AT, overall in good shape. Bemis Stream Trail was easy to follow, well blazed. A few blowdowns in the lower couple of miles. Someone has recently brushed out the half mile or so nearest to Bemis Road where logging disrupted the trail a few years ago. |
