Parked on Porter Brook road aporox 2.1 miles up from Wiggle Brook Road. Common sedan had no issue with caution. A side note Wiggle Brook Road is being graded as im writing this report. There is a shady looking bridge on Wiggle Brook previously mentioned in a report but its dbl layered and took it slow no issue

Perfect day for these two peaks. Walked Porter Brook road for approx 10 minutes from parking spot and tried to follow a herd path with intentions of KD first with zero luck. Somehow got off track and realized i was only .4 from Whitecap so i just whacked right up to summit ridge dumping onto a nice herdpath. Descended toward KD lost herdpath got turned around a bit eventually ended up following herdpath to the summit. Many blowdowns throughout. BW is not my strong point but ended up exactly where i went in on PB road and the jobs done.98 and 99 NEHH. *Highly recommend navigation tools if attempting these two. |
