Dog-Related Notes: About 1.25 miles in there's a late statge decomp moose in the middle of the trail - caution for dogs - can "bushwack" around it, its about .25 before the cabin when going up.

Comments: First .5 mile is essentially a stream bed right now with recent rain but easy grade. Quite a few blow downs but workable, blowdowns become more frequent and tricky further up.
