Comments: Drove up the Beaudry Road for 16 miles to Lowelltown Road which I followed until I reached a new logging road heading up the north slope of Moose. I drove up this to a clearcut and parked. I followed up the clearcut to the woods then slabbed around the south side of the peak and visited a number of ledges and talus slopes along the way. The backside of this mountain is very ledgy and full of excellent views. When I felt like I had seen enough, I bushwhacked through moderate woods to the obvious summit and its obstructed views to the east sub-peak. I also visited the talus slope and ledge on the east sub-peak. The woods were thicker between these two points. The sub-peak had excellent views in many directions. I followed east until the lower talus slope (which I don't recommend visiting) and then slabbed back to logging regrowth and the truck. I found this peak very enjoyable.
