Comments
Comments: We had a poor day on the mountain due to our own lack of planning. The weather was iffy. Sun, clouds, rain and wind. Had to turn back after Saddleback and before the Horn due to the rain/wind. Conditions below were much better than up top. From what we could see, the views have got to be stupendous. However, the whole hike is exposed to the elements. You hike up mostly on the ski slope, but after that you are in open exposed alpine zone on the ridge. If it's a sunny day, you will bake. Bring lots of water and sunscreen.
