Comments
Comments: We went out for a short day which was pretty nice. We got another view from Katahdin which was nice. This peak is something I have always seen and just never have gotten to. It is a little short and a steep mountain but way way way worth the hike and I highly recommend it to anyone trying to venture away from the 4k's. The trails were in pretty good shape and it was nice to see around the pond more moose prints than human. If you get lucky enough you may see the locals out in the water eating their dinner or even breakfast. We also stopped by Whidder Pond which was just something else to see. We made the little trip to become just over 5 miles with the other pond. Good day out!
