Road is in fine shape, just a couple bumpy spots but any car can make it. Park in the gravel pit. There is a new logging road departing to the north - the trail is to the right, not up the hill on the new road. There's a cairn and some flagging. |

Two minor and one a bit larger, both with slippery rocks but otherwise manageable. |

This trip was for maintenance visit. The trail itself is in good shape but the road portion from the parking area to the trailhead proper is getting grown in. We did some work to alleviate that but please USE THIS TRAIL TO ENSURE IT REMAINS. |

There were other cars parked at the trailhead which is great. This is one of the lesser-known routes to a beautiful open summit and people should use it more! Gate fee of $12 for KI-Jo Mary Forest access. |
