ACTIVE LOGGING.
After Oddy's Road -> Eustis-Rangeley Snowmobile Trail -> take a left onto an unmarked road that is shown on Gaia. We had to leave the car HERE because logging was happening as we were there. On our way out we did see two guys go past all the logging since they got there after closing time. This added close to a mile each way but it wasn't hard. Track linked below. |

Remarkable condition. Only the last 0.6 is a bushwhack and even so the bottom part is yellow-blazed and starts with a cairn. I think I stepped over two logs and under one the whole time. Better than a lot of real trails! |

we left a pair of sunglasses that we were pretty sure no one was wearing to hike on one of the CAT's. hope it was one of the logger's! |

Surprisingly easy to hike, surprisingly hard to get to. Though the roads were in pretty good shape, fit for the Jeep we were in but doable in any somewhat-clearance vehicle, getting to a bunch of moving heavy machinery was intimidating! We worried we would not be able to go past, but the operators were super nice and signaled us on after turning off their equipment. Make your presence known and be patient with them!
