Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: All trails are blazed in blue. I think the blazing was somewhat frequent. I didn’t find the trails hard to follow. There’s a delimbed blowdown near the western start of Ledges Trail. It’s at an always height but most people will likely choose to crawl under it. There may have been a few other blowdowns as well; I do not recall.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Good trails for dogs. I believe there were some signs indicating the rules regarding them.
Bugs
Bugs: I don’t recall them being too bad but I was also moving pretty quickly.

Comments
Comments: Third and final hike of the day after Pocomoonshine Mtn and Wabassus Mtn in the Downeast tab on my way back from Houlton. I ascended Tower Trail 0.5mi to Ledge Trail, hiked that to Blueberry Trail, then did an OAB from this point back to where I diverged from Tower Trail, hiking up the fire tower along the way, then descended the rest of Blueberry Trail which allowed me to hike all these trails in a single go of it.

I found this trail system to be quite pleasant :) Very trail runnable if you’re into that. There were some very muddy and wet spots. I had views from the tower but I don’t think they were as expansive as they normally are as it was very overcast. Gaia had me at 4.3mi, 675ft of gain, just under 1.5hrs.
