Parking/Access Road Notes: Lot off Denmark Road in good condition. Denmark Road well graded with some rippled surfaces from heavy equipment treads.

Trail Maintenance Notes: Trail in good condition. No obstructions. Some trail widening from hikers by-passing some ledges

Comments
Comments: The trails were holding up well after several days of rain. There was intermittent sprinkles today. Not much mud or standing water. Trail easy to follow. Some ledges can be slippery when wet.
Many Lady's Slipper, Bunchberry, Mayflower, and Yellow Hawkweed in bloom.
Nice views of the Maine lakes region from Southwest Ridge Trail. The clouds limited the views to the White Mountains from the summit except for Kearsarge North.
Met Victor and his companions from Houston/Germany, a South African hiker, and two travelling nurses from Seattle.
