Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: The Pismire Bluff Trail is marked with blue diamonds with white circles and the Highlands Loop with red diamonds with white circles. Easy to follow and I think they were adequately marked. The trail kiosk has the trails labelled with the color they’re marked with. Evidence of blowdown work but I don’t actually recall seeing any blowdowns.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: I don’t recall what the trail kiosk said. Likely that they were allowed but needed to be leashed.

Comments
Comments: 3rd redline of the day after Bradbury Mtn and Hedgehog Mtn. The trails were dry and a some steeper pitches than I maybe expected. Some downhill on the way “up” as you contour beneath the cliffs as well. Consequently, on my way back, I just whacked through the woods to my car with a very short road walk. Nice view from the lookout. Gaia had me at 2mi, 450ft of gain, just under 1hr.
