Comments
Comments: Today I went for a hike in Pownal to redline all of the trails on Tryon and Bradbury Mountains that are listed in the Maine Mountain Guide. I parked at the Lawrence Road trailhead, and went up and over Tryon Mountain before hiking the network of trails on Bradbury Mountain. I ultimately ended up summiting the mountain 4 different times to hike all of the trails, before returning to Lawrence Road. There was almost no snow to be seen, but the trails did have some minor muddy areas. The trails are all easy to follow and well marked. The trails on Bradbury Mountain, especially the east side, were extremely busy, so they weren't the trails that I would typically like to hike, but I'm glad I did them at least once. I found the trail between Lawrence Road and the park boundary much more enjoyable.
