Just before summit you may have to duck under many branches due to the snow being so high up, had a few sharp branches stab my arms just be careful! |

I am one of the 2 mircospiker rototiller summit peak baggers. I summited with no problems in my spikes. I postholed once near the summit that was it, I never put down my rototiller blades down too deep, today was an overcast day with temps in the high 30s and no wind at the summit. Feel free to snowshoe, mircospike, bare feet, ski, snowboard, or whatever your heart desires to the summit. Sorry frankenfoot that you saw me crushing it in spikes and were mad that you decided to wear your snowshoes. :( Also, shoutout to the guy who was hiking up and headed to the shelter past the summit for an overnight, you're a badass man, hope the sunset was kiler, keep trekking on! Rototiller 9000 is out! |
