It is hunting season and we saw a large group of hunters in the parking area. We wore our orange. The ATV trail was very muddy and lots of tall brush. Not pleasant to walk on. Follow the cairns. After about 1/2 mile and a couple of turns you will enter the woods. The hike is much more enjoyable once in the woods on the herd path. It is a steep hike up to the summit but quick. The entire hike took 2 hours. |
