Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Parked at Safford Brook Trailhead. Two others this morning plenty of room.Carspot at Firewardens Trailhead Stratton Brook Pond Road-2 vehicles parked just before footbridge(kudos to Jason Bourne in the small honda that made it to this point) 3 vehicles at conventional trailhead. plenty of room. The SBP road while in mediocre shape was no issue for my low clearance camry

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable

Water Crossing Notes: no issues crossings are small,water flow was low,easy rock walk 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Trails overall in super shape.There are three or four trimmed duckunders on Horns Pond Trail as one high straddler.

Dog-Related Notes: 1 friendly doggo 
Bugs
Bugs: thick on both trailheads. Breeze across the ridge kept them at bay.Definitely pack the Deet

Comments: After a fantastic overnight at Round Barn Tensite, a great hike of these peaks. it was nice chatting with the hiker at the trailhead this morning. Best of luck!.I crossed paths with six other hikers enjoying this beautiful late June day.
