Comments
Comments: Trails were still wet late this morning/early this afternoon from yesterday's trail, but were drying out. Some wet ledges in the shade and some standing/running water in a few places. Open ledges and gravel trails were mostly dry. Sun came out after lunchtime, helping to dry things out.

Ladder Trail is almost a continuous staircase with a few iron ladders.

Canon Brook Trail from Cadillac South Ridge down was absolutely beautiful with lots of cascades, ledges, and some pools.

Cadillac was busy as expected, but worth stopping at for the Harbor Bars (even with the weather being brisk).

This loop (or variations of it) blows the socks off a lot of NH 4Ks in terms of scenery and variety, while still putting up similar length and vertical to some of the shorter ones.
