Bickford Brook seemed low, so crossings were easy. |

 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
BBT in great shape. BRT was lots of wet, slippery rocks and ledges, so slow for descending. Only a few minor blowdowns. |

BBT would be easy for any pooch. BRT is challenging. |

Mosquitoes around the parking lot. |

An excellent Evans Notch loop. Maybe because of the muggy weather and worse forecast, I met only two other hikers. The Ranger was selling the Chatham Trail Association's fine map of Evans Notch - well worth $5. |
